HOME
Home is where my heart is, where it feels as though everything were in it’s right place. Where I
can simply be me.
Home is where my family is, my sister, my Mama and my Papa in Seattle. If they were to live
somewhere else, then “somewhere else” would be my home. Home is the connection to the human
beings close to my heart. There are special people in my life that are
apart of my “home”. People I have met and grown to love. Unconditional love, that is indeed home
to me. The choice of words is very important to me. Sometimes because of their meanings, but
also how some words sound and what kind of memories they bring back to me. Ultimately, my goal
is to share my inner journey with those who listen.
Growing up, there was always someone singing. My Mother and Father would sing to my sister and
I almost every night before falling asleep. They both wrote their own lullabies.
Music was a big part of my childhood. From listening to Simon & Garfunkel and the Beatles with my
Father to listening to my Mother compose her own music. My sister has a beautiful voice as well
that she is beginning to discover. Our home was full of creativity. My sister and I were always
encouraged to listen to our hearts and follow our dreams. Singing and writing brings me back to
this loving energy I grew up in, that I miss everyday. It centers me and helps me let go, reminds
me to just be.

Biographie:
SIMONE ELISABETH ELLIOTT was born in Seattle (Washington, USA) and began her dance education there. She received her
Diploma of Dance at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Zürich. As a professional dancer, Simone performs throughout Europe
and has been a company member in Tiroler Landestheater, Theater Chemnitz and Staatstheater Nürnberg. Since the performing
season of 2014/2015, Simone joined the Theater Regensburg. Self-taught, she continues on the path of her Mother, singing,
playing guitar and composing her own songs.
